This exciting opportunity exists in our Omnichannel Division in Cape Town. We are looking for a Promotions Administrator for PnP Online: Web to assist in ensuring that all promotions are loaded accurately so customers can benefit from key business promotions.
Minimum Requirements
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Administrative experience in a retail environment preferable or experience in a retail manufacturing environment
- PC literacy – MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint (advanced)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the online category management and merchandising teams to record the promotions that PnP Online will participate in and then accurately load and execute these for Online: Web
- Ensure all relevant promotions are correctly loaded to strict deadlines, and that the promotion pricing pulls through to checkout
- Support the category management and merchandising teams by troubleshooting any promotions that aren’t working as expected, and then escalate as needed to support team colleagues
- Calculate funding owed on vendor-funded promotions, and then submit claims for this to the PnP finance department
- Field, resolve, and escalate customer queries relating to promotions that come through the call centre
