Step-by-Step Application Process

Step 1: Visit or Call a RocoMamas Near You

• Go to the nearest RocoMamas and ask to speak to the store manager.

• Politely inquire if they are currently hiring staff (waitrons, kitchen staff, cashiers, etc.).

• You can also call the store – numbers are often available on Google Maps or on Famous Brands.

Step 2: Prepare Your CV (1–2 Pages Max)

Include the following:

• Full name & contact details

• Education background

• Any previous work experience

• Skills: customer service, teamwork, punctuality, multitasking

• References: Names & phone numbers of people who can vouch for you

If you don’t have work experience, include school activities or leadership roles.

Step 3: Submit Your CV

You can:

• Drop it off in person at the store (recommended)

• Email it to the manager (if they give you an email address)
